This is a string of Japanese-style tri-coloured dangos made from glutinous rice flour,
π₯ milk, red beans, and
π΅ matcha. It generally refers to Japanese dango, which is a bit similar to the
π’ (oden), but one is dessert and the other is the cuisine. They are commonly used in the
π Mid-Autumn Festival moon-viewing activities in Japan. Dango(ε£ε) is a Japanese dumpling and sweet made from mochiko (rice flour), related to mochi. It is often served with green tea. Dango is eaten year-round, but the different varieties are traditionally eaten in given seasons. Three to four dango are often served on a skewer.
